Why I Started Writing:
The written word has been one of my loves for most of my life. I could spend hours immersed in a faraway story moving through unfolding scenes. Writing for fun was a natural next step. Then as life threw unexpected curve balls my way, writing became an outlet for sharing God's provision, protection and love. I write to engage, empower, and encourage others to know God is always enough.
Authors Who Have Influenced Me:
Grace Livingston Hill was my first favorite author. I loved how she wove God throughout her stories. Other authors who have influenced my writing are Florence Littauer, Bruce Wilkinson and Charles Spurgeon.
Books I Have Written:
Working Women's Devotions to Go (2007)
What About Me? Dealing with your Parent's Divorce
What I'm Working On Now:
Your Teen and Your Divorce—a book for the divorcing parent of a teen
Daily Lift, Devotions for Women in Leadership
