Aaron Ross
Why I Started Writing:
I started writing after Christ met me in a season when I felt broken and far from Him. As I began drawing closer to Jesus and reading Scripture more seriously, stories started forming in my heart. Writing became a way for me to understand God’s Word more deeply and to share the hope, mercy, repentance, and truth I had found in Christ.
My desire is not fame, but faithfulness. I write because I want readers to feel the weight of eternity, the tenderness of grace, and the urgent call to follow Jesus in a world growing colder toward Him.
Authors Who Have Influenced Me:
My strongest influence is Scripture itself, especially the prophets, the Gospels, and the book of Revelation. I am deeply moved by the way God used ordinary people, broken people, grieving people, and unlikely servants to speak truth in difficult times.
At this stage of my writing journey, I am still discovering many Christian authors, but I am drawn to writers who combine strong storytelling with spiritual conviction. I want my own writing to carry biblical truth, emotional honesty, and a clear witness to Christ.
Books I Have Written:
I have written The Voice Before the King: Book One—The Calling, the first book in a five-book Christian fiction series. The story follows Aaron, an ordinary garage worker called to warn a modern world to turn back to Christ before the King returns. The book explores grief, family, obedience, repentance, spiritual testing, and hope in Jesus.
The wider series continues Aaron’s journey as his calling becomes public, his family faces deep pressure, and the world begins to embrace a false peace while
What I'm Working On Now:
I am currently working on Book Two of the series, The Fire Before the Storm. This book continues directly after the events of Book One and follows Aaron and his family through grief, public attention, and a deeper testing of faith.
I am also developing the remaining books in The Voice Before the King series, with the goal of building a powerful Christian fiction journey that points readers back to Scripture, back to repentance, and back to the hope of Christ’s return.
