Why I Started Writing:

I’ve always loved to read, and penning my own stories, poems, and journaling seemed a natural progression, and most comfortable way to express emotions and thoughts. Several experiences have influenced all I’ve composed, including a thrilling voyage around the world with my husband aboard our 36-foot sailboat. But the death of our son became the catalyst that transformed me, what I read and write. As faith grew, my passion and purpose became more evident—write to inspire.

Authors Who Have Influenced Me:

I read books from several genres, but the authors who impact me most are those whose stories provide hope, courage, overcoming adversity, and emerging faith. These are a few: C.S. Lewis, Francine Rivers, Michael Phillips, Amanda Dykes, Kristin Hannah, and Sharon Creech.

Books I Have Written:

Colors of the Ocean is my debut novel.

What I'm Working On Now:

I’m working on a sequel to Colors of the Ocean that will continue Roxi’s story and introduce two new main characters as they explore Thailand.
