Why I Started Writing:
From the time I learned to read, I’ve been drawn to the power of books to transport you to an entirely different world. Stories are a kind of real magic in our world. They can transport not only people’s minds, but also their hearts—persuading people in a way that debates often fail to do. The power of stories to move people is so vital to our world in these times of discord and diametrically opposing views. The thought of being able to learn how to wield the magic of stories to transport heart and minds is what drew me to writing.
